I am married for 17 years and have 2 boys ages 17 and soon to be 13. We are very busy between my oldest son working nights and our youngest involved in basketball during the winter months. Come spring and summer, well lets just say we don't see our home very often.
I am looking for easy and quick meal for during the week. The weekends my husband and I will usually take turns making a good slow cooked meal. Like everyone we are trying to eat healthier, we both have heart and diabetes that runs in our families.
About my cooking
I am the baker in our family and my husband is the main cook. He cooks the meals usually during the week and at least one day on the weekends. We are looking to become better cooks and give our family a little more variety.
